Proposal for a 650 square foot addition to an existing 2,240 square foot commercial building. The proposal also includes a new 800 square foot outdoor dining patio, demolition of existing parking spaces, relocation and new site parking spaces, and a new trash and recycling enclosure located on the adjacent parcel at 911 E Cota Street. A total of 14 new parking spaces (including one ADA space) will be provided on the adjacent parcel with an off-site parking agreement and access easement.
